PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust timing of attempting the next communication to be delayed in the case that communication is not performed because an information processing device cannot communicate with a communication partner more than in the case that communication is not performed while satisfying a condition that is different from a condition that the information processing device cannot communicate with the communication partner.SOLUTION: In the case of not being communicable with a server when communication timing T arrives, a communication timing setting part 60 sets timing after the time t1 of communication timing T as new communication timing T, and in the case of satisfying a prescribed condition different from a condition that communication cannot be performed with the server, sets timing after a time t2 shorter than the time t1 of the communication timing T as new communication timing T.
