The present invention relates to alloy for a connection terminal of an electric vehicle comprising P of 0.002-0.01 wt%, Sn of 0.2-1.0 wt%, and residual Cu. Moreover, a method for manufacturing an electric vehicle comprises: a step of extruding and drawing the above alloy material; a step of cutting the material to be extruded and drawn; a step of processing the material to be cut; and a step of silver plating the surface of the material to be processed. The present invention has effects of providing a method for manufacturing a connection terminal of an electronic vehicle capable of reducing manufacturing costs by omitting a Ni plating step and a rolling step, and reducing extrusion and drawing steps to one time by using alloy for a connection terminal of an electronic vehicle with excellent conductivity and hardness; and solving a problem generated in a conventional connection terminal of an electronic vehicle by hardness variation between inner electrolytic copper and a Ni plating layer by significantly reducing hardness variation between a surface and an inside by applying allow for a connection terminal of an electronic vehicle with high hardness to a connection terminal of an electronic vehicle. |
