The present invention relates to a bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone, and a method for producing the bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone. A method for producing a bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of causing a bone disease in a rodent and taking care of the rodent; a step (b) of medicating the rodent of the step (a) with a bisphosphonate drug and taking care of the rodent; a step (c) of performing a tooth extraction process on the rodent of the step (b) through a surgical operation to extract a tooth; and a step (d) of medicating the rodent of the step (c) with the bisphosphonate drug and taking care of the rodent. A bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone according to the present invention can be usefully used in researches and development of corresponding diseases by providing conditions for diseases similar to the bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw bone in human being, thereby providing a study model suitable for the study of the bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw bone.
