The present invention provides a new transaction method and a system thereof for a new concept of a delivery agency support service. Reliability, efficiency, and convenience are maintained among consumers, delivery service business operators, loan companies, and insurance companies, including a customer (consignor) and a consignee (receiver), and the delivery agency support service is stably provided to the consumers through various on-off channels in a platform business. The system is settled to apparently identify individual demands of customers by forming a continuous and friendly relationship with the consumers by linking with a fusion marketing activity using various on-off channels such as mobile, Internet, and smart coordination. Since suitable regional delivery agency support centers for the demands of the customers are established, the efficiency and convenience of the consumers and deliver service business operators are improved, the delivery service market is vitalized, and a work environment of delivery staff is improved. Members are able to more conveniently and easily use the delivery agency support service through a smart phone and more easily and conveniently use a short-term loan with a small amount of money, provided from a loan company through the credibility of the members as security for the loan, based on BPSS information.
