PHOTO PRINTER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a photo printer and a method for controlling the same. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a photo printer comprises: a loading unit into which paper is loaded; a pickup roller which feeds the paper loaded in the loading unit in a paper feeding direction; a press unit which presses, a part located on an opposite side of the paper feeding direction based on a vertical axis passing through the center of the pickup roller from the outer peripheral surface of the pickup roller, downwards; and a guide unit which is disposed at a predetermined interval apart from an upper surface of the loading unit and has an inclined surface protruding downwards in the paper feeding direction. Accordingly, the present invention provides a photo printer which can reduce paper jams.
