The present invention relates to an injection fluid control system capable of being remotely controlled and managed, which includes an injection fluid control unit controlling and monitoring the amount of medical fluid, such as intravenous fluid. The injection fluid control unit automatically transmits injection state information to a smartphone of a medical professional passing by the injection fluid control unit, and the smartphone of the medical professional issues an alarm for a time to replace the medical fluid or an alarm for a dangerous state. According to the present invention, the injection fluid control system comprises: an injection fluid control unit in which an injection fluid measurement unit including a load cell is mounted on an upper portion of an IV stand, and which periodically detects the weight of injection fluid stored in an injection fluid storage unit; a patient portable terminal which receives the weight of injection fluid from the injection fluid control unit; a main server which receives the weight of injection fluid from the patient portable terminal, and calculates speed of injection of the injection fluid based on the weight of injection fluid; and a medical staff portable terminal which receives data, including patient information and the speed of injection of the injection fluid, from the main server, and displays the received data on a screen.
