Provided is a flux which improves the solubility of a resin coating, while being capable of suppressing corrosion. A liquid flux which is obtained by dissolving an amine compound, an activator and an acid into a solvent. This flux is obtained by adding: 10-20% by mass of an alkanolamine that serves as the amine compound; 5-10% by mass of am amine fluoride salt that serves as the activator; 10-20% by mass of an organic acid that serves as an acid and neutralizes the alkanolamine, thereby producing a poorly water-soluble salt; and 50-75% by mass of the solvent. |
