PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor having a wide area where an injection hole can be arranged in which a diameter of the injection hole can be increased and a requisite injection flow rate can be assured.SOLUTION: An intermediate partition plate is provided with an injection hole in a longitudinal direction communicated with the first and second operation chambers and a lateral hole communicating with the injection hole and for fitting an injection pipe for injecting refrigerant to the first and second operation chambers, a diameter of the injection hole is in a range larger than &phgr;0.8 mm and not larger than &phgr;1.4 mm, the first and second annular pistons show revolution in the first and second cylinders to open or close the injection hole and at the same time a range of revolution angle of the first and second annular pistons to cause the injection hole to be opened to both the first and second operation chambers is larger than 0° and not larger than 6°. |
