The present invention efficiently collects high-quality dialog data. According to an embodiment, the dialog data collection system includes a problem presentation unit, an acquisition unit, a response information presentation unit, an achievement determination unit, a notification unit, and a collection unit. The problem presentation unit presents a problem to a worker. The acquisition unit acquires an uttered sentence from the worker and gives the acquired uttered sentence to a dialog management device. The response information presentation unit receives response information generated by the dialog management device causing a dialog state to proceed on the basis of the uttered sentence, and presents the response information to the worker. The achievement determination unit compares the response information with one or more achievement conditions predetermined for the problem, and determines whether the problem is achieved or not achieved on the basis of whether or not the achievement conditions are met. The notification unit notifies the worker about the achievement of the problem. The collection unit collects dialog data that includes the uttered sentence and the response information. |
