ANTISTACTIC AGNET FOR POLYURETHANE FORM AND ARTICLES OF POLYURETHANE FORM HAVING ANTISTACTIC PROPERTIES USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to preparation of a polyurethane foam having a permanent antistatic function and manufacture of a boxy for electronic parts using the polyurethane foam. Particularly, the present invention relates to preparation of an internal addition type antistatic agent, which causes no leakage of an antistatic additive, and thus has no problem of contamination of a product stacked in a packaging material obtained by using the same, and allows the packaging material to be used permanently until it cannot be used any longer due to physical damages. The present invention also relates to preparation of an antistatic polyurethane foam to which the antistatic agent is added, and manufacture of a box for packaging electronic parts using the polyurethane foam. The permanent antistatic agent according to the present invention comprises a linear polyurethane polymer having a molecular weight of several hundred thousands and lithium ions, has excellent durability and causes no leakage, and thus imparts a permanent antistatic function to a polyurethane foam.
