The present invention relates to an electrical baking apparatus. The apparatus comprises: a baking frame having a left and a right baking frame supported by a hinge bracket; a shaft extended in parallel to a boundary part of the left and the right baking frame, and supported to be able to axially rotate on the hinge bracket; and a core mold fixed in the shaft, partially inserted into the left or right baking frame according to axial rotation of the shaft, and surrounded by a material inserted into the baking frame during baking. According to the present invention, the baking apparatus has timing switches provided under the respective baking frames and turned on/off by the weight of the baking frame to correctly control a heating time of the baking frame in seconds, so baking degree of bread under manufacture can be optimally maintained. Moreover, when a time preset in a timer is reached, the fact is informed through sound or a lamp, a user opens or inverts the corresponding baking frame after hearing the sound or viewing the lamp, so a beginner can easily use the baking apparatus. Since the core mold is separated from the baking frame at first, hollow bread is easily baked due to the core mold without increasing the weight of the baking frames. Since the core mold is easily operated by a rotary knob, completed bread held by the core mold is easily lifted from the baking frame, so use gets to be convenient as much as that. |
