PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a road face state of a traveling road of an own vehicle irrespective of a vehicle speed range.SOLUTION: A road face state determination device comprises: a steering angle detection part 21 which detects a steering angle with respect to a steering wheel 11 by a driver; and a steering torque detection part 22 which detects steering torque with respect to the sealing wheel 11 by the driver. A road face determination ECU 1 comprises: a steering form determination value calculation part which calculates a steering form determination value which is indicated with a steering form of the driver with respect to the steering wheel 11 on the basis of a parameter related to the steering angle and a parameter related to the steering torque; and a road face state determination part which determines that a road face state of a traveling road of an own vehicle is a bad road when the number of times of passive steering indicated by the steering form determination value other than active steering which is actively and intentionally performed by the driver has the predetermined number of times in the prescribed time. |
