PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generating device capable of suppressing deterioration over time.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an ion generating device which includes: a discharge electrode; a dielectric electrode which is provided opposite to the discharge electrode; and a dielectric body surrounding the dielectric electrode. The dielectric body is a glass-ceramic composite material.
