本发明涉及电子领域，公开了一种调光方法及电路及具有该电路的可控矽调光电路。方法包括根据当前的直流输入电压讯号，生成调光讯号；根据调光讯号，生成调光讯号的电压平均值讯号；确定调光讯号当前处于正半周期、或是处于负半周期，当调光讯号当前处于正半周期时：比较电压平均值讯号与表徵当前输出电流大小的输出电流回馈讯号，输出第一比较讯号，根据第一比较讯号输出驱动讯号，当调光讯号当前处于负半周期时：比较电压平均值讯号与表徵当前输出电流大小的输出电流回馈讯号，输出第二比较讯号，根据第二比较讯号输出驱动讯号。应用该技术方案有利于消除频闪。; according to the dimming signal, the voltage average value signal of the dimming signal is generated; the fact that the dimming signal is currently in a positive half cycle or a negative half cycle is determined; when the dimming signal is currently in the positive half cycle, the voltage average value signal is compared with an output current feedback signal which represents the magnitude of the current output current, and a first comparison signal is output; a drive signal is output according to the first comparison signal; when the dimming signal is currently in the negative half cycle, the voltage average value signal is compared with an output current feedback signal which represents the magnitude of the current output current, and a second comparison signal is output; and a drive signal is output according to the second comparison signal.
