PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a conductive agent to the surface of a golf ball uniformly and efficiently and to simplify the constitution of the device by dipping a golf ball in a conductive agent solution storing tank, and then throwing the golf ball in a centrifugal separator, thereby removing surplus conductive agent solution adhering to the surface with the centrifugal force. SOLUTION: First, a golf ball G is supplied through a trough 18 into a conductive agent solution storing tank 12 and dipped in a conductive agent solution 16. Secondly, the golf ball G is locked on each pin 26 of a circulating belt 24 and supplied to a centrifugal separator 14 through a trough 40. At this time, the golf ball G is thrown into the separator from the upper end part of a guide cylinder 38, supplied into a rotary cage 30 from a void part 42 of the lower end part, and then while the ball is raised along a path 36 with centrifugal force of the rotary cage 30 roated by a motor 34, surplus conductive agent solution 16 adhering to the surface is scattered through plural hole parts 32 to the conductive agent solution storing tank 28 side. Subsequently, a lid 44 is lifted by a cylinder 46 to be opened, and then the golf balls G are supplied through the troughs 48 and 50 to the eletrostatic coating device side.
