PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary device for automatically treating the excreta of a dog, capable of being always used by the dog, capable of fully automatically treating the excreta so as to make it possible to stay away from a home all day without anxiety, further making it possible to expect an effect for reducing dog excreta on roads, and leading to beautifully maintain the appearance of a town. SOLUTION: A switch a11 is started by the reaction of a push spring 14. A kite string 29 is sewed on the periphery of an exclusive sheet, and a hanging ring 30 is disposed on the kite string 29.
