SOLUTION: This cote for receiving a pet is a cote hinging a door 2 in a freely openable and closable state on the front opened port part of a box body 1 constituted with a roof board, a bottom board and both side boards, and a pair of right and left rails 3 are laid on the bottom board of the box body 1, and a shelf board 4 longitudinally slidable which is introduced by the rails 3 is provided, and a cage 5 for receiving the pet is laid on the shelf board 4.
