Maneuvering assistance method for vehicle, storing recorded maneuver and supporting repeated performance of stored maneuver

A maneuver is first performed by the driver of the vehicle (10) and recorded at a reference position of the vehicle. The recorded maneuver is stored in a memory and used to support the performance of that maneuver at a later time. The support is expressed optically, acoustically and/or in a tactile manner on a vehicle steering wheel. The support is performed partly or fully automatically as interference in a steering, acceleration or slowing down process. The support begins repeatedly at the reference position of the vehicle. Independent claims are also included for a central control unit and a maneuvering assistance system.
