The device has a stamping nut with groove, which is fastened to the holder element. The end section (5) of the nut (1) facing the component is angled, and has an approximately trapeze-shape. The nut stamps an approximately circular aperture in the holder element (3), so that the edge sections (4) of the aperture engage positively into the groove. The diameter of the nut is stepped in the groove area, forming a contact face for the holder element. A contact shoulder (6) of the groove is directed from the nut radially inwards in direction of the end section facing the component.
