The dispenser unit has a hollow cylindrical housing (2), closed at top and bottom, with a closable aperture in the jacket. Its base (9) is anchored to the ground. It contains the drinks dispenser (6A) where with a drink temporary cure control system. The dispenser is supplied with electricity from the generator (1), on top of the cylinder. The drink supply lines fill tanks (4).
