<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach additional information matching the contents of video/audio data with higher versatility than that of prior arts. <P>SOLUTION: A translation server receives the streaming video/audio data transmitted from a base station apparatus 1 via the Internet, and generates translation metadata as additional information to the received video/audio data. The translation metadata are obtained through voice recognition of voice signal data of the received video/audio data and match the contents of the data.
