PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover-integrated cloth diaper repeatedly used by washing, and alleviating wearing, washing, drying and storing work by integrating a diaper body with a diaper cover. SOLUTION: This cover-integrated cloth diaper 1 mainly used for an adult in need of care is provided with an absorbent member 2 and a cover member 3; and the cover member 3 is provided with a base cloth part 4 covering from the loin part to the belly part, a back contact cloth part 5, and side pushing cloth parts 6. This cloth diaper is characterized in that a narrow and long waterproof cloth has a folding line 9 set at a position higher than its center, the upper part of the folding line is folded down, a larger one is defined as the base cloth part 4 and the smaller one is defined as the back contact cloth part 5, the absorbent member 2 is held between the inside of the base cloth part 4 and the back contact cloth part 5, the base cloth part 4, the back contact cloth part and the absorbent member 2 are sewn together in a part close to the folding line 9, and the absorbent member 2 is sewn to a part close to a lower hem 10 of the back contact cloth part 5.
