PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control the water pressure even if the length of piping between a water spray gun and a motor-operated valve. SOLUTION: A continuous control processing part 40 detects a pressure deviationΔP between the detected pressure P of a pressure sensor 30 and a target pressure Po set according to the water spray distance to a fire source position, and continuously controls the opening of the motor-operate valve 11 with control signals to eliminate the pressure deviation in the range in which the pressure deviationΔP exceeds a prescribed value. An intermittent control processing part 42 controls the opening of the motor-operated valve 11 with intermittent control signals which have an on-period, an off-period and an interval period determined according to the pressure deviation to eliminate the pressure deviation if the pressure deviationΔP is within the prescribed range.
