PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for containing pet animal(e.g. a dog) excreta cleanly and easily without staining hands and the tool itself. SOLUTION: The tool has the following construction and mechanism: A plastic bag is set onto a main body with the (opened) plane of a larger plate A and the (crank-shaped) plane of a smaller plate B joined each other via a hinge with a spring so as to be intermediately open and covers pet animal excreta such as dung on the road or the like. On gripping the main body with hand grasping power via the hinge, the excreta is forced into the depth of the plastic bag through the opening of the a larger plate A so as to be snapped by the underside of the smaller plate B, thus containing the excreta into the tool cleanly in an one-touch way without staining hands and the tool itself.
