PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of grease from between an inner-side extended portion of an inner ring and a base-end sleeve, in a plummer block including a roller bearing having the inner ring extended to the exterior of a bearing box on the inner side. SOLUTION: A small-diameter stepped portion 8a is provided at a top part of the base-end sleeve 8 fitted on a roll neck portion 12a. The stepped portion 8a is engaged with an inner peripheral surface of the extended portion 3a of the inner ring 3 of the roller bearing 2. By mounting an O-ring 10b on the engagement portion, the leakage of the grease is prevented from between the inner-side extended portion 3a of the inner ring 3 and the base-end sleeve 8.
