PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a wheel securing high sealing performance and reducing torque of a bearing. SOLUTION: A seal 9' in an inner side comprises a slinger 11' and an annular seal plate 12 which have approximately L-shaped cross sections and are arranged opposing to each other. The seal plate 12 comprises a core bar 13 and a seal member 14 integrally vulcanized and bonded to the core bar 13, and the seal member 14 is provided with first and second side lips 14a, 14b formed to be inclined to the outer diameter side and brought into sliding contact with the slinger 11' and with a cylindrical inner end part 14c extended around and fitted to an inner edge of the core bar 13. The inner end part 14c and the core bar 13 are made face the slinger 11' via a slight clearance in the diametrical direction to constitute labyrinth seals 15, 16, and a lock part 11c bent outwardly in the diametrical direction is integrally formed in an end part of the slinger 11'.
