PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot for a constant velocity universal joint having improved heat resistance, heat aging resistance, and ozone resistance, and to provide the constant velocity universal joint fitted therewith. SOLUTION: A used material for the boot for the constant velocity universal joint is an ethylene-acrylic rubber selected from a binary copolymer rubber consisting of ethylene and (meta)acrylic ester and a multicomponent copolymer rubber consisting of ethylene, (meta)acrylic ester and vulcanized site-monomer.
