PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide capable of preventing its operation from being prohibited even when used in an atmospheric environment or when an abnormality occurs. SOLUTION: In such a case as dropping foreign matter on the upper face of a guide rail 3, the foreign matter intruding to the lower face of a case 15a is collected in an exhaust groove 15c, and can be exhausted to the outside via exhaust piping 15e. Further, even in the case the foreign matter is not collected in the exhaust groove 15c, an air curtain is formed by air discharged from a supply groove 15b, and the foreign matter is suppressed from intruding further to the inside. In addition, most of gas supplied from the supply groove 15b is sucked via the exhaust groove 15c, it is convenient for discharging the foreign matter to the outside. The gas supplied from the supply groove 15b is suppressed from leaking to the outside from the case 15a, and even in the case, for example, the linear guide is used in a special gas environment, destruction to the environment can be suppressed.
