PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely restrain torsional vibration of a driving system when resuming fuel supply based on accelerator operation of a driver from a speed reduction-fuel cut state. SOLUTION: When resuming the fuel supply based on the accelerator operation of the driver from the speed reduction-fuel cut state, the actual combustion starting timing is detected from combustion pressure so as not to receive influence of a misfire. Time when predetermined time Tc (the variable setting by an engine speed, a vehicle speed and a gear stage) passes, is set as the vehicle vibration restraining timing on the basis of this combustion starting timing, and at this time, fuel of a partial cylinder is cut for reducing torque.
