A tape cutter is provided to vary a shape and a size of a fixing member to improve wearing feeling of a user depending on a shape and a size of a finger of the user when the user wears the fixing member. A tape cutter includes a fixing member(100), and a cutting member(200). The fixing member fixes the cutting member to a user's finger. The fixing member has openings formed at both ends thereof through which the user's finger passes. The cutting member is formed of an elastic band having predetermined elasticity. The fixing member has a shape and a size sufficient to be fixed to the user's finger. The fixing member can be selectively fixed to a user's finger. The cutting member is in contact with a non-adhesion surface of the tape to cut the tape. The cutting member includes a predetermined shape of body(230), a blade part(270), and a coupling member(290). The blade part is installed at an upper end of the body.
