PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which is improved in appearance by shielding a gap caused at the tip end of a wind direction plate when the wind direction plate is closed, makes the wind horizontally blow out when cooled, prevents hot air from flowing upward when heated, and is capable of accurately detecting room temperature by a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes: an air blowing fan 13; an air blowing path 25 blowing out air from the air blowing fan 13; and a wind direction plate 23 vertically adjusting the flow of the air from the air blowing path 25. The air blowing path 25 includes: a first projection 31 arranged on the tip end of its upper side 251 and at the front side of the tip end of the air direction plate 23; and a second projection 32 arranged at the back side of the tip end of the wind direction plate 23. |
