Magnetic memory device using magnetic domain dragging

Provided is a magnetic memory device using magnetic domain dragging. The magnetic memory device includes a memory region, an input part, and a sensing part. The memory region includes a free layer having adjoined sectors and a magnetic domain wall; a pinned layer formed to correspond to the sectors and having a fixed magnetization direction; and a non-magnetic layer formed between the free layer and the pinned layer. The memory region includes a magnetic domain wall stopper for stopping the magnetic domain wall formed at each boundary of the sectors. The input part is electrically connected to one end of the free layer to input a dragging signal for magnetic domain dragging. The sensing part measures a current flowing through the memory region.
