PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lateral guide capable of being mounted in a simple method with consideration given to the manufacturing error, and a shading roller blind therewith. SOLUTION: The lateral guide for the shading roller blind includes: at least one guide rail (14, 14') with a first plug-in means and a connection piece (80, 80') with a second plug-in means (801) which is complementary to and connectable to the first plug-in means.
