PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of catching abnormal sound on side faces of side brackets due to inclination of a fixed cam when adjusting tilting. SOLUTION: A lock bolt is inserted into elongated holes 16a and 16b for telescoping formed in a distance bracket 16 and elongated holes 13a and 14a for tilting formed in a pair of side brackets 13 and 14. The fixed cam 20 regulated in rotation is inserted into the lock bolt 17. A movable cam 23 for pressing the fixed cam 20 is inserted into the lock bolt 17. An operation lever 21 is connected to the movable cam 23 via a lock nut 24. A pair of resin tubes 27a and 27b to reduce shock when internal surface walls at both ends of the elongated holes 16a and 16b collide with each other are inserted into the lock bolt 17. A spring 30 for pressing is provided between the resin tubes 27a and 27b. The resin tubes 27a and 27b are held in the elongated holes 16a and 16b.
