A micro reactor of small size is provided to gain the large amount reaction materials while making enough long reaction time and to offer practicality. A micro reactor(100) includes a first mixing plate(130), a second mixing plate(170), an intermediate plate(150), a first cover plate(110), and a second cover plate(190). The first mixing plate and the second mixing plate includes a first fluid supply port(131), a second fluid supply port(171), a discharge port(133,173), channels(140,180). The channels connect between the first and the second fluid supply ports. The intermediate plate isolates the first mixing plate and the second mixing plate. The first cover plate connects at least the first mixing plate and the first fluid supply port. |
