PURPOSE: A safety water cock valve for a water purifier is provided to increase productivity by reducing operation processes, and to protect a user from a safety accident including burn due to leakage warm water. CONSTITUTION: A safety water cock valve for a water purifier comprises a connection operating unit and a closing and opening operation unit. The connection operating unit includes an intake button(110), a safety rod, and a rotary rod(160). The opening and closing operation unit includes an intake lever(200), a lift bar(210), a vertical shaft(250), and a cock opening and closing valve(270). The safety rod has a contact surface corresponding to a push unit(130). A guide hole part(141) is equipped on the top and the bottom of the contact surface. The rotary rod is fixed on a rod fixing groove part with a rotary rod pin(170).
