PURPOSE: A window panel in which a mirror section is convex formed of a foreign material and a manufacturing method of the window panel for preventing the surface of the block mirror are provided to prevent the direct damage of the mirror unit. CONSTITUTION: A concave groove(22) is formed in the rear side of a window panel. A hard coating layer(24a) reinforces the deposition force of the metal particle in the surface of the recess. A metal deposition layer(24b) evaporates the metal particle. The printing layer is formed on a reflective layer having the hard coating layer. The window panel has an effect with block mirror part on the printing layer.
