PURPOSE: A method for providing weather information to a user, a digital photographing device, a system thereof, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided to supply weather information of the location where a user stays using location information. CONSTITUTION: A satellite signal receiving unit(110) receives satellite signals. A position calculator(120) produces the location from the satellite signals. A weather information reducing part(130) refers to the weather information. The weather information reducing part draws the weather information corresponding to the location. A weather information part(140) offers the weather information corresponding to the location.
