PURPOSE: A vertical tunnel excavating device is provided to horizontally and vertically excavate a tunnel for expansion. CONSTITUTION: A vertical tunnel excavating device comprises a support part(110), a vertical frame(120), and an excavating part(130). The support part is composed of a fixed beam(112) and a support flat plate(114). A fixed beam supports an excavated vertical tunnel ground. The support flat plate is coupled with the fixed beam to be slid. The vertical frame is formed below the support part. The excavating part is coupled on one side of the vertical frame. The excavating part is horizontally formed on a sidewall(S) or a floor side(B) of the vertical tunnel.
