PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery cell which is inexpensive, improves reliability and improves conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a solar battery cell includes: laminating and forming a second conductivity type layer and an anti-reflection film on a first conductivity type semiconductor substrate; applying conductive paste containing conductive particles and glass frits at a predetermined position of the anti-reflection film; calcinating the semiconductor substrate coated with the conductive paste; and forming an electrode electrically connected with the second conductivity type layer through the anti-reflection layer. Heating processing is performed on the semiconductor substrate coated with the conductive paste continuously without returning to a room temperature just after the calcination.
