The present invention relates to a culture medium composition for culturing lactobacillus and a ginseng fruit fermented extract including the same. More specifically, provided is a culture medium composition for culturing lactobacillus, wherein the culture medium composition, with respect to the total weight of the culture medium composition or with respect to the total weight of the ginseng culture medium composition, comprises: 5 to 10 wt% of a ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) fruit culture medium composition, 0.5 to 1 wt% of a radish, 0.5 to 2 wt% of sodium chloride, 1 to 5 wt% of a yeast extract, 1 to 10 wt% of glucose, and a remaining amount of water. A culturing liquid may be used as a fermentation material, and the growth rate of a strain may be improved to a level equivalent to a conventional lactobacillus culturing chemical culture medium (MRS culture medium). Also, when a ginseng fruit fermented extract obtained by inoculating and culturing a lactobacillus strain in the culture medium composition according to the present invention is used as a food or a cosmetic composition, excellent skin antioxidative, whitening, anti-inflammatory, and wrinkle alleviating effects are ensured.
