PUPILOMETER FOR 3D DISPLAY

Disclosed is a pupil distance recognizing device for a 3D display. The binocular distance recognizing device for the 3D display comprises: a display unit outputting a 3D image corresponding to a criteria pupil distance; a control unit controlling a view cone configuring the 3D image; and a user input unit receiving user feedback about whether an artifact is observed in the 3D image in accordance with the view cone. The control unit is able to be moved in a margin corresponding to the criteria pupil distance, change the criteria pupil distance based on the user feedback, or determine the criteria pupil distance as a user pupil distance.
