PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system of vehicle that includes a database storing map data, and a method of estimating an energy consumption of a vehicle for links of a route.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the navigation system of vehicle including the database storing the map data including links corresponding to road sections. The navigation system includes a processing unit adapted to estimate energy consumption of the vehicle for the links while taking into consideration counts retrieved from the data base for the links. Further, the present invention relates to the method of estimating the energy consumption of the vehicle for links of a route, and a method of creating the database including the map data having the links related to the counts. |
