PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle frame structure which can make compatible both the improvement of EA efficiency and the securement of productivity.SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 30 which forms a plurality of sub-closed cross sections c in a main closed cross section C of a front side frame 2 comprises: a first compression-side joining part 31a; a second compression-side joining part 32a; a first tension-side joining part 32b; a second tension-side joining part 32c; a first partitioning wall 31b which connects a lower end of the first compression-side joining part 31a and an upper end of the first tension-side joining part 32b; a second partitioning wall 32d which connects a lower end of the first tension-side joining part 32b and an upper end of the second compression-side joining part 32a; and a third partitioning wall 32e which connects a lower end of the second compression-side joining part 32a and an upper end of the second tension-side joining part 32c. First to third compression-side ridges 31s, 32s and 32u which oppositely extend to a fore-and-aft direction, and first to third tension-side ridges 31t, 32t and 32v are formed at the first partitioning walls 31b, 32d and 32e, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
