A wiring movement support device comprises: a mobile housing; a plurality of wiring accommodating members included in the housing and link-coupled to each other, wherein both surfaces of the wiring accommodating members are coupled to a plurality of rollers, one end of the wiring accommodating member is coupled to an upper portion of the housing, and the other end of the wiring accommodating member is coupled to a lower portion of the housing; and a roller guide included in the housing and configured to guide a moving direction with respect to the plurality of rollers. The wiring movement support device can reduce loads applied to the wiring accommodating members through the plurality of rollers and the roller guide.
