The present invention relates to a Perenniporia minutissima extract and, more specifically, to an alcohol extract having the alcohol extract as an active ingredient, which is effective for the treatment, the prevention, and the like of hyperlipidemia, and can be used for treating and preventing the obesity. The composition comprising the alcohol extract of Perenniporia minutissima as an active ingredient of the present invention inhibits the activities of pancreatic cholesterol esterase and pancreatic lipase, and can be efficiently used for treating or preventing hyperlipidemia.
