According to an embodiment of the present invention, a nozzle jet head module is disposed on a nozzle jet system to form a pattern on a substrate, and comprises: a plurality of nozzles arranged in one direction, wherein each of the nozzles has a magnetic body having a magnetic property; and an electromagnet aligning unit magnetically interacting with the magnetic bodies to align positions in a height direction of the nozzles. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the positions in the height direction of the nozzles are first aligned by the electromagnet aligning unit. Then the positions are aligned in a horizontal direction of the nozzles. Then the nozzles are firmly fixed to accurately form a pattern on the substrate. |
