PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that encourages users to continue exercising, e.g., through participation in one or more regular activities, by realizing benefits associated with the activities of the users.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a system, method, apparatus and computer readable medium configured for monitoring a user performing an exercise and generating an avatar of the user and a virtual shadow, where the virtual shadow illustrates proper form of the exercise.
