PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness protection structure and a power supply device that can inhibit a wire harness and a door panel from coming into contact with each other.SOLUTION: A wire harness protection structure for protecting a wire harness 10 in a power supply device 1 that electrically connects a vehicle body 60 with a sliding door 50 via the wire harness 10 in a vehicle 5 having the sliding door 50 includes a door trim 52 disposed facing the vehicle inner side relative to the door panel 51 located on the vehicle outer side in the sliding door 50. The door trim 52 includes: a plate-shaped body portion 521 extending approximately in parallel with the door panel 51, spaced from the door panel 51; and an extending section 522 disposed at a position nearer the door panel 51 than the body portion 521, formed to continue to the body portion 52 and extending between the wire harness 10 and the door panel 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
