PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body skeleton fastening robot which efficiently performs fastening work to a vehicle body skeleton of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, and the transportation of the vehicle body skeleton after the fastening work, and can achieve space saving.SOLUTION: An end effector 70 arranged in a fastening transport robot 61 comprises: a grip base 71 which is arranged at an arm 65, and formed into a substantially-U shape for gripping a vehicle body skeleton 10 in right and left directions; a nut runner 80 which is supported to an end of one side of the grip base 71, and performs fastening work to the vehicle body skeleton 10 from one side in the right and left directions; and a shaft pressing part (a first shaft pressing part 92 or a second shaft pressing part 93) which is supported to an end of the other side of the grip base 71, opposes the nut runner 80 with the vehicle body skeleton 10 gripped in the right and left directions from other sides, and performs the fastening work together with the nut rubber 80. The arm 65 is driven in a state that the vehicle body skeleton 10 is gripped in the right and left directions by the nut runner 80 and the shaft pressing part, and thus the vehicle body skeleton 10 after the fastening work can be transferred to a succeeding process line 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
